Dr. Angela Toy is from St. Paul, Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with an undergraduate degree in Chemistry. After working as a chemist for four years, she decided to pursue a career in dentistry. She attended theUniversity of Minnesota School of Dentistry and earned her degree in 2005 and since has been practicing as a general dentist.

I had a wonderful experience the last two visits I’ve had at Arbor Hills. Yesterday, I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at their facility. They were so kind and patient as I was a little nervous never being gassed out before. The whole staff is very friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

Dr. Toy and her staff are incredible! I have always had anxiety when visiting the dentist and they are so comforting and gentle. They thoroughly explain everything before doing the work. I feel that they really care about me. They are honest and trustworthy providers. I'm so grateful to be a patient and receive such wonderful care. Highly recommend!!

I hate going to the dentist. That along with car shopping are two of life's worst things.
The Arbor Hills team and Dr. Toy help make the dental part easier. They have a great team and very willing to work with people like me who have odontophobia.
The office offers everything to make having a procedure easy. Nitrus and sedation. I had the sedation for my first procedure there but found the team is so good - and gentle - that I was actually able to work with out being asleep.
Their billing practices are straightforward and they have great customer service. I am so glad I was able
