My desktop computer didn't work, I took it to Arbor Computers to fix it. The staff were friendly and skilled, and quickly figured out that the fault was a bad hard drive. Helped me change the hard drive and dumped a lot of photos and text to the new hard drive. Soon, I was notified to pick it up the next day. The repaired computer is much faster than the original. Thank you Arbor Computers! I would recommend Arbor Computers to my friends.

I was so impressed by the service. So much better than the geek squad not even comparable. My battery was swelling and deformed my laptop. They replaced the battery and reshaped the bottom case. My laptop looks and works great now! Very patient and professional. Went above and beyond to drop of my laptop for me since I had no transportation and needed it for my work.

Arbor Computers was my last resort. I am very impressed by Moin and his team’s professionalism, service and communication. My laptop stuck in infinite reboot loop, and as U of M’s tech center was closed during the winter break and my attempt to fix it myself failed, I turned to Arbor Computers. Moin was very effective in diagnosing the problem and quickly ruled out software issues to hardware failure. The kindness and professionalism were great! I brought in a pc build I was struggling with and they helped finish it off. They did not belittle or look down upon me but encouraged getting as far as I did and helped me see some where I was missing things. Jaffer and the staff were incredibly friendly! Great experience. My computer stopped working, and I called Arbor Computers. They asked if I could bring it in and I did so immediately. They diagnosed a software problem and asked if I would like an upgrade to make the computer more responsive. I said "yes" on Friday and they had it ready for me on Monday. Price was reasonable and they straightened out my anti-virus setup at no extra charge. I've been very happy with the results. My laptop is MUCH more responsive.

Moin Jaffer has saved me more times that I can count! I am a 'senior citizen' (and then some!) and he is a godsend.He returns calls promptly, and really knows his stuff.
