Our industry is not regulated! Emergency water damage restoration and mold remediation is not governed by any municipal, county, state or Federal entity. The preeminent certification body in our industry the last forty years has been the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Ken was quite helpful in explaining how the process of mold inspection would work, as well as explaining every step of the way. With so much varying information about mold out there, it was great to work with a company with 17 years of experience in mold remediation. He and his team charged a fee for the inspection (whereas other companies advertised a free estimate yet never followed through with any solid information or numbers). That fee was well worth it, as they delivered a comprehensive inventory of the mold situation, what it would take to remediate the situation and they also advocated

Ken from AR Mold & Water is one of the most honest and caring people. This is a community business and they take care of their people. Rather than charge me for unnecessary testing, he walked me through my grandmother’s home and explained our mold issues without charging. We will definitely come to them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Best Service in Central Arkansas. I can't say enough about the expertise, professionalism and promptness of Arkansas Mold and Water. I would definitely recommend them to all my loved ones, friends and anyone needing their services. We had water come in our son's room, guest bedroom and guest bath. They made sure all our needs were taken care of and put our minds at ease. We are so thankful to Arkansas Mold and Water. They went above and beyond!!

Had ongoing problem with water leaks involving entire side of home. Worried about mold. Had arkansas mold and water come out. Checked walls with state of art equipment. Numbers were very high indicating moisture. Was advised as to what to do. No sales pitch. Proceeded with having brick, windows inspected and repaired. Today had recheck on walls, no moisture!!!! I had several others come to my home and they had no idea what was going on. Highly recommend this company....honest and reliable.
