Titus Talent was born out of frustration with traditional recruiting. The process was broken and needed fixing. From charging clients a percentage of first year salary to focusing on candidates before clients, our CEO knew this way of doing business didn't produce the right results or create lasting partnerships.

I am passionate about life! I love people - helping them live life "on purpose". I am a problem solver and pioneer, and I love helping our clients solve their real, wicked problems. As an executive in the consulting industry, I became frustrated with the traditional recruiting model. That's why I joined Titus Talent - to help clients solve their talent strategy challenges while delivering a better experience and the best results in the industry.
At Titus Talent, we look at the whole person, The Head, The Heart and The Briefcase for hiring success. We know that looking at all three components gives our Partners the absolute confidence that they're getting the right fit for their organization every time. Just want to express how big of a joke this agency is. I’ve had 4 different recruiters constantly reach out to me. Recently one Becca got me very excited about the position 2 min into our scheduled phone screen I wasn’t selected. Even though I have more than enough experience don’t reach out to people if you’re company is going to be fake and unprofessional about the process!

I can't say enough great things about the Titus Talent team. They are professional , responsive and most importantly transparent as to where you stand in the interview process. I worked with Denise and Peggy and it was the best experience I have had at a recruiting firm by far.
