Vansant & Gusler has provided MEP design support stretching from the renovation of commercial shopping center spaces to Outpatient Primary Care Medical Practices. Vansant and Gusler has served federal agencies such as the Department of the Navy and the Department of the Army continuously with projects that have been as diverse as the area itself. In addition, military projects have extended our range of services to Iceland, Europe, Africa, Cuba and the Caribbean.
Project included additions to two existing facilities, and construction of a new 72,000 square foot training and operations facility for SEAL Team 8. Project design scope included complete plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as well as incorporation of Antiterrorism/Force Protection measures.
Vansant & Gusler was contracted for several three-year prime annual services contracts. Multiple projects have been accomplished at various schools for the Chesapeake School Division. Projects have included repair, replacement, and system upgrades designed to be accomplished during the summer recess.
