Dr. McCue has over 21 years of clinical experience. Originally from Connecticut he moved to Louisiana in 1994 and felt right at home with the abundance of great food, great music and the general good time vibe that permeates the southeastern Louisiana culture. Dr. McCue enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, and daughter, Molly, and is frequently found enjoying their weekends along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Adjustment (or manipulation) of a joint may result in the release of a gas bubble between the joints, which makes a popping sound. The same thing occurs when you "crack" your knuckles. The noise is caused by the change of pressure within the joint, which results in gas bubbles being released. There is usually minimal, if any, discomfort involved.
