Let the beautiful desert landscape work its magic on your group as we put them in a more relaxed, open state of mind. Site Selection & Contract Negotiation Services are offered to our clients at no cost. Utilize our years of expertise to help you select the best destination and hotels for your group & program. Once we've found just the right property to host your event, we will use our leveraged buying power and experience having negotiated thousands of contracts to garner you the best rates and contractual terms.
Foreign currency exchange services are available at most major hotels. Banks also provide currency exchange services during the general hours of 9am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Most banks have ATM's for 24-hour banking. Arizona operates on Mountain Standard Time (MST), three hours behind the East Coast in the summer and two hours behind the East Coast in the winter.
Now handling our Mini Bus and Motor Coach Division is Wayne Casselman. With over 25 years of experience in Canada and the USA, Wayne is a specialist in the Arizona market from Tombstone to the Grand Canyon and all throughout the Southwestern United States. Whether it's a Hockey team from Alberta, Golfers from Ontario or a Soccer team from Australia, we make sure they are comfortable anywhere your group travels!
