I brought 2 ladies suit jackets to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up they rang my bill up at $35.50. I showed the woman my receipt which said I owed $20.50. The woman said she sewed on 3 buttons on one of my jackets for $15. I explained that I wasn’t missing buttons when I brought the jackets in to their store. I just wore the jacket 2 days before I brought it in and there was no way I lost 3 buttons. The buttons they sewed did not match the jacket which is white with black trim. The woman was very rude, complained that I didn’t appreciate her taking initiative by adding buttons, showed

I dropped off my daughter's very expensive, very special (to her) silk scarf. Was supposed to be ready on 12/31/20. When I went to pick it up after new year's day, they said they had lost the item and that I needed to give them "time" to try and "find" the item, even though they admitted that they may have put it with someone else's dry cleaning, and it was possible that someone else picked it up, and if that was the case, then maybe said person would bring it back. I was fairly happy with the service and quality of the cleaning at Betty Brite, until I brought a pleated skirt to them for cleaning. When I picked it up half of the pleats were gone! I took it back and asked them to fix it and they said “no, we only steam, we don’t do pleats. It would take us all day to press the pleats in”. So warning, if you have anything with pleats or folds, Betty Brite only steams the clothes, “they don’t press”. I’ve never heard of a cleaner that removes the pleats and only “steams”. A $75 brand new skirt, ruined unless I can find another cleaner to correct

I have been using Betty Brite II Cleaners for years and I have always been happy with their services. I checked around town when I first started using them and they had the best prices. The clothes are always ready on time and they have done minor tailoring for me (replace buttons, replace zippers) at a very reasonable price.

Customer service is terrible. Rude. I went to get the straps fixed on a dress and the female owner snatched it and placed pins where I said it needed repair. Then she asked for my number, handed me a receipt for a week later with no price. I asked how much and she said I don't feel like figuring it out now. I tell you later. I took my garment and left. Never again. It's so unlike this area to have poor customer service. Not sure where she comes from. Awful.

Always go to them for dry cleaning, no problems there. Just went to them recently when I was in a pinch to alter a dress for a wedding. Wouldn't trust to even hem a pair of jeans (which I did). Very sloppy work. Also, completely dismissed my coupon from their yelp ad. I expected more being a long term customer.
