I have been using Computer Tutor for all my computer servicing needs and have always been treated well. They always are patient with me and explain every thing to me in a way that I understand. I have bought several used computers and have never had any problems. I have had computer problems such as a viruses and Computer Tutor was able to get rid of them for me without any loss of files or programs. They know their stuff and don't ever make me feel like I don't. I am just a home user not a business but I recommend them to anyone who needs service or is looking to buy new.

I recently contacted Computer Tutor for two reasons. I needed someone to perform service work on my computer system and I needed some help in understanding how to utilize certain aspects of the system.efficiently. Ed come to our home and serviced the equipment and had it up and running quickly. He then answered all my questions in a manner that was easy to understand. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

I have never met a person so compassionate to help in ways without having the concern of being mislead or feeling of doubt in this technical field ever, like Ed! He is so sincerely kind and knowledgeable, and punctual. He goes out of his way, even via the phone system if necessary, and extremely reasonable. You can trust him to help you or explain the problem; and or fix it; he such an asset. He says what he means on his answering machine too.

Would rate lower, but couldn't. On service drop/pickup "forgot " to return power cord with adaptor, necessitating return trip. Sold me a hard drive for a desktop computer after just servicing my laptop. Tried to exchange it, said it was "my fault" because he wouldn't sell the wrong one, and claimed it was defective. So . . . go to a real storefront business for any work. They're likely to make things right and not make excuses for their mistakes. Be warned!
