Services
We operate in Idaho Falls and go everywhere around depending on drivers available and weather conditions. If weather conditions are too bad, or if roads are covered in ice, the charge could be higher or service denied to certain areas. As a reputable Idaho Falls Taxi service, we drive and behave in a safe way.
There are many places in town for the avid shopper. Our Idaho Falls Taxi service can take you to downtown, where there is a variety of local boutiques and antique stores with some specialty ones mingled within the bars and many restaurants. The east side of town has many brand name stores, mainly on 17th street and Hitt Rd.
Idaho Falls is a small city of roughly 62,000 people. We enjoy clean air and not much traffic. During the good season we recommend walking the green belt and site seeing the river falls. Please visit our Zoo, its nature paths mingled with animal expositions make it one of a kind. It's also a great place to hide from the sun.
Transporting customers is a demanding job. Quality drivers have "drive" and have a desire to please people. Ambition is also a good trait. A stay home person, who is not the main bread winner and whose kids are old enough to stay home alone is our preference. Clean car in and out as needed (even if you gotta use a toothbrush to get in between the cracks).

I Had one of the most difficult adnd challenging nights I've had in a long time last night. I desperately needed a cab service and it's right around 5am. No one answered except a calm, soft spoken gentleman from Idaho Falls Cab. He was strait forward, a good listener, and fast. I appreciate his help so much. If I ever need a ride again Idaho Falls Cab will be the first one I call!!

Picked up a few mins before I requested. Very polite and friendly. Car immaculately clean. Changed the radio immediately to "elevator" music. My going home ride fell thru and he came w/in 5 mins. Very reasonable fare IMO. Couldn't have been better. Won't ever call anyone else.

Company refused to pick us up because "that place is full of mud. The last guy I picked up there filled my car with mud." It's snowing. There's ice under the snow. I really doubt mud would be an issue, but, eh, if they don't want my business and do want a bad review - here you go. Too bad all they care about is the cleanliness of their car's interior and not providing people service.

As others have posted my first reaction was shocked at the cleanliness of the cab. The interior appeared to be freshly detailed. The driver was very professional and friendly. I called this company based on previous reviews, as I am in IF frequently and have had bad experiences with cabs. I was not disappointed and will use this company every time I need a ride here.
