Made a reservation via the Sunu web-site and received an email confirmation of the reservation. Called them several times (1, 2 and 3 days prior to our reservation) left messages to confirm that the 5 am pick-up time was understood and not a problem for them. No response from Sunu and no driver showed up for our ride to the airport. Created quite a headache as we had a Flight at 7:30.
Terrible service, complete lack of follow-up
