Don't believe ANY of the 4-5 star reviews ! I used this company to move all my household belongings including one-of-a-kind artwork. I was naive and assumed they were professionals who knew what they were doing. These hacks managed to damage nearly EVERY piece of furniture I own from scratches to gouges to dents....etc. They left a mark on everything. Even some of my artwork is damaged. I don't think they used a single moving blanket to protect my belongings. They take no responsibility for their recklessness and simply stop taking your phone calls. I can't believe these idiots are still in business

Then on the day of the move, Tim and his team were hard working and upbeat and wonderful people to deal with, even when it came to our narrow stairs and moving items over the balcony. I was quoted 6 hours for my move from Maple Valley to Puyallup. A couple of days before the move, I attempted to update the estimate of boxes, furniture, etc. and was told no worries, that they wouldn't update the estimate, that I would just be charged for time. Within 10 minutes of arriving, the employees knew the move required a bigger truck and it would now take two trips instead of one. The move took a total of 13 hours and I was not charged for the travel time for the second trip after speaking with the office. Saul, Juve and Chancy were great and got the job done. We requested an internal move for a senior resident. We asked for the estimate and they said $400 initially. I explained it would be less than a hours time and they said this was the minimum charge. But indicated I could talk to the owner and see if we could get the rate reduced. Mind you, we have given them business for years at Farrington Court moving residents in and out. I called the owner to get a more reasonable rate for 45 minutes worth of a move and she did not return my call. These are senior residents on a fixed income.

This move started out with a confident quote from Ryan from A2B. When he walked our house to give us a competitive bid on our move he gave us confidence by referring to his ability to accurately quote amount of boxes needed and the overall poundage of our household goods. He said that he has been doing this work for decades and would be surprised if his quote was off 1000 lbs. This confidence made us pick his bid in good faith. His justification was that typically people get rid of furniture before the move, so he anticipated that we would actually pay less than the quoted cost.

Local move from apartment to house. Movers were great, very careful, and nothing was broken or damaged. The job took the amount of time they said it would so the estimate was accurate. I would use this company again. (As a note, the movers didn't bring their own masks, but I provided them with disposable masks and they wore them)

Saul and Pablo just moved me from Auburn to Tacoma on 3/22/21. Both men were curteous, professional and efficient. They took extra special care of my belongings and were the key elements of my successful and smooth move! Packing day and picking up my belongings went well. After that my belongings went into storage for a few months. Because A2B is a smaller owner company affiliated with a larger moving company and my closing date for a new house moved a few times, I had to coordinate… my move multiple times. We had some miscommunication between us and I got frustrated. Ultimately the communication improved significantly. All my things arrived and the team did a good job at making sure everything was put into the room

Tim and his 'A- team' showed up on time and had our business all loaded up in no time!!! We were so far behind schedule, after renting a truck from Budget, that was not road worthy (they said we should call roadside assistance before we left) we made the decision to hire out the move. I had contacted A2B in October thinking we would be moving in November.... but we decided to do it ourselves (Wa to Fl) called them back Monday, December 7th with a SOS - and they came to the rescue!!! Great service on site during the job and also with the office ladies! Idk why other customers said they don't practice COVID guidelines, because when I asked if they would wear masks and social distance they had no problem complying. Will definitely recommend them to anyone moving and will use them again!!

If a lead named Tim shows up at your door, refuse to work with him. He blew up when ai explained I was looking for hand soap and asked the crew to use the one bathroom with soap. He yelled at us and when r asked him to stop, he pulled the crew and absconded with our belongings. The previous day I walked into MY own kitchen and found Travis without a mask. He said, "COVID not big deal!" Tell that to the 3000 people who died yesterday!!! I doubt the company reprimanded him. He repeated the same in the truck in Front of he lead for the day. The company has now gone into the review section

Very efficient and professional service from the company and employees. Took charge of everything and got a very big job done in two days. A residence full of stuff collected over 32 years was packed up and moved to storage and kept them until they came 10 months later to move it into a new home. Friendly and considerate and acted on our every request. We think they were terrific.

I am greatfull for the experience of A2B. From the customer service to the packers and the movers. Great crew, funny, very helpful, respectful to us and most important the care they had with our belongings. We just finished unpacking and not one thing broken or scratched. I've never had packers, but after A2B I'll never go back to packing myself… again. The stress they took off my shoulders was priceless. Awful experience. Please don't use them if you have expensive stuff and do really care about their service quality. Here is my story:
I was scheduled for 3 moving crews for unloading at Bellevue area. I have contacted our loading assistant company talking to Rose and Caroline on onloading day and two times prior to my move, continuously asking them to please make sure that there are three crews available.
On moving day only two people showed up. I called them right away, and they said they will look into this (Rose). I mentioned my stuff are heavy and hard to be picked up
