I am so happy with the job Gary did replacing my front door and rebuilding the door frame on the entrance of the house. My old wooden door was swollen, warped, and also an odd size, which meant that Chris had to build out the frame to fit the standard-sized door that I purchased to replace it. He and his assistant were efficient, professional, and left the job site immaculate. The new frame looks great, and the seal on the door better now than it has ever been on this 130 year old house. I highly recommend SANKAR CONSTRUCTION..! Gary is direct, his pricing is fair, and he will openly discuss options

After receiving a few quotes we chose SANKAR CONSTRUCTION for our kitchen remodel. They were the best priced and Jim felt like a trustworthy guy. Sam was very straight up with us about the timing of the project start, he kept his promise to have us functional so we could host our family Easter, and was reasonably priced when we asked for additional work to be done, like installing our mantle. Gary was our Project Manager and he was here often to go over the details of the work to make sure everyone was on the same page each workday. The crew, were wonderful! I quoted with 6 different contractors for our Bedroom Renovation. Of the six, 3 actually would provide a quote of the job. Two of those were extraordinarily high for a project of this size (given my prior experience) and the final quote didn't even set foot in my house to quote and was eventually the contractor we went with, and we're happy we did.
Given the challenges with Covid, it was a tough time to be quoting, but Sam was satisfied with the scope of work and pictures of the work to be done to sufficiently quote the project.

I was completely satisfied with Sam and his crew. When I first met with Gary, I was impressed with his creative ideas, and his thirty years of experience building pools. I hired him at the end of our first meeting and the crew started work the next day. The project was a pool remodel and spa addition, and a complete redo of the backyard landscaping. The crew finished in six weeks on time, for my kids spring break, and the finished work is beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Sam and his whole team.

Sankar Construction & Pools was therefore an excellent choice for me because of their service, design, management, and coordination of the project.
