So we started out with looking for an RV for about 4 months. Everything was getting sold so fast. We were looking on KSL and saw one @ Carbon Emery RV, called about it and they didn't have it, said they would be getting one asked if we wanted to put a deposit on one and we would get the next one that came on their lot. However the price was different than the one that was listed. When my husband asked about it, the salesman said the price would change because they were coming in costing more. We said then they needed to change their ad stating that fact, their response was oh we don't

It started out well but when I got home I noticed the Black and Grey were both full and trailer was pretty dirty inside. Since I had to pay 499 for a cleaning fee I thought I would call maybe they would give that back since I paid for something I didn't get the sales rep called my wife told her no it was emptied. I spent 2 hours at the RV dump so I know for sure it was full as I emptied it. So I sent a message to the rep And crickets I haven't heard anything.

Jason and Levi have been amazing. They worked with us for a couple of months to make sure we would get exactly what we wanted in a new trailer. They gave us a better deal than I could get in the Salt Lake area for the 2017 Fuzion we ordered. They have bent over backwards every step of the way. They even helped me install a special 5th wheel hitch and stored my trailer for two months until we could take it south. I have lived in the Salt Lake area for 65 years and have never experienced such helpful and friendly folks at any dealership.
