Had a surge and hard start on my lawn tractor that I couldn’t figure out. Had it picked up by fletchers and waited a week for a call from them to hear what the issue was. When I received the call they told me everything that was wrong with my lawn tractor except for what it was there for. The list of issues included needing a choke adjustment, battery, valve cover gasket, and the engine had worked itself loose from the frame. I thanked Andrew and can appreciate his additional $300 in findings on a 10 year old tractor. I asked about the surge issue that it was really there for, and Andrew told

I visited Fletchers today to purchase a lawn mower and weed wacker. I was immediately greeted by Angela and what a great experience I had. Angela was super helpful, asked about my mowing needs and made several recommendations In less than 45 minutes I purchased a mower and weed wacher. Angela educated me as to how to use both and had me demo what I learned before

I called in to speak with a salesman, but since none were available, a fellow from the parts department took my call instead. It was his willingness to spend time with me and his knowledge of the product line that brought me into your store. When I arrived, the salesman I spoke with was helpful without being pushy. It was the most pleasant purchasing experience I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend your store!

My experience with Fletcher's power equipment was great. I was able to purchase a new mower at a reasonable price. The store is extremely clean and well maintained.
They were also very helpful while making a purchase considering I was chasing two toddlers around the store while trying to shop. They were very helpful and considerate to the situation.

I want to take a moment to recognize Fletcher's Outdoor Power Equipment. My experience there was great to say the least. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with a smile and friendly hello. I was in the market for a lawn mower and shown where they were located. I was quickly approached by someone named Frank, who explained the different features of the mowers. I purchased a mower that day and have been totally satisfied with my selection. It performs just how Frank said it would. I have shopped there again, only to receive the same friendly service.
