Bryan Dishman is a liar. We had a verbal agreement to repair 4 things on a tractor before I purchased it. It was delivered to my farm with 2 repairs not completed. Mountain Farms took my tractor back to repair shop, fixed on of the issues & then sent me a bill for repair after Bryan told me he would cover the repair. He hen told shop manager he never agreed to it: he never made a he other repair.. Bryan is not a man of his word

We went, what felt like, all over east tennessee looking for a mower. Mostly places wanted to charge an arm and a leg and didn't know anything about the machines they sold but mountain farms was very friendly knowledgeable and worked with us. They even helped us pick a mower that was best to suit our needs.
A belt came loose shortly after buying the mower and they made a 40 mile trip (one way) to come get it, fix it, and deliver it again, all at no charge to us. It has been a pleasure doing business with everyone we have encountered at mountain farms.

When looking for a tractor I researched a bunch. I learned a lot of times your actually buying the dealer and not the brand if that makes sense? You want support after the sale. A lot of places will forget you as soon as walk out the door. Not here, I can walk in to buy oil, fluid, or filters. If Bryan isn't busy with another customer and sees you. He'll always come up ask you how you and tractor are doing. I've known Bryan for years, but that really doesn't matter. He'll come up a speak to you no matter where he runs into you at. Great all around guy! Simple to work with no BS sales pitches .
