Ritz Carlton inspired transformation from a 3-bedroom California Ranch in order to create more space for this growing family. Using Noah Construction to build my house was a miracle from Lord above.
My house was damaged from Sandy and because of that I went through a program in New York Rising to elevate my house. The program moved me out to process the elevation and my only option was to demolish and rebuild the house.
Demolishing and rebuilding took three long years. This also meant I did not have a space to reside it was a nightmare. The building department, New York Rising program and a contractor that I initially hired took a deposit of $70 from me and refused to do the work or speak to me. Because of this horrible

Pete and the entire team and Noah are amazing. We love our new home. From the first meeting with Pete we knew we found the person to help build our dream home. He came to our house (for free), listened to what we wanted and by the next morning we had a design we fell in love with. Noah Construction just completed a bedroom expansion with en suite bathroom and walk in closet, kitchen expansion and remodeling and the addition of two storage rooms to our split level house. We can truly say we are extremely happy with their work and the finished product. We got their name from someone in our neighborhood who highly recommended them. Peter came right down and gave us an estimate. We were very impressed by his experience and knowledge from the beginning. Our project manager Gonzalo was always there for us and did a great job getting it all together and moving everything along

We can’t say enough amazing things about our experience with Pete and the entire Noah team. We met with a lot of contractors but Pete was the ONLY one who came to our house, understood our needs and then was able to design our dream home. Within 24 hours he sent us layouts that showed us the potential of what our house could be.
During construction Pete was very hands on and made sure everything was being done right. And his team of project managers were always available to talk and answer any questions I had.
We are so happy with how our house turned out! It exceeded all of our expectations

I don't even know where to start and can not say enough good things about Pete and the guys at Noah. I typically am not the type of person that puts his name out there and reputation on the line for recommending people BUT, Pete and Noah truly do deserve it and earned my upmost respect. We hired them to do a full home renovation, a side / rear extension, kitchen, and multiple bathroom remodeling, front dormer and an AMAZING back yard remodel and brick work. We meet with approx 6 to 7 contractors prior to meeting with Pete. Once we meet him, we knew he was the ONLY choice as he was extremely detailed
