Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Not a great place to work for if you are starting out a new apprentice. You will basically be a janitor, painter and work in a warehouse for a year instead of learning your job. You will have to attend evening in house classes twice a month with no pay. Ask for another company if given the opportunity.
