We've purchased a home with At Home Wichita Real Estate, and as first-time home buyers, we could not have done it without them. We worked directly with Isaac, and spoke briefly with Derek. They were very professional, trustworthy, and reliable. Not only did we find our dream home, but Isaac connected to Rusty Gear from Top Gear Inspections, and received a thorough report of the things that needed improvements in the home. Our experience can be summarized with one word. Performance.
We had a long/unique list of requirements and an even longer list of dreams for what we wanted in our second home. With a extremely competitive market and a short timeline my wife and I had decided to settle for something imperfect. Sadie worked tirelessly until she found a house that checked the boxes. We are so thankful for the At Home team, especially Joel Dolloff. He was so helpful, knowledgeable about the area and homes, and just really easy to work with. As a military family, we had a small window to look at homes and short close time. Joel helped us see a good amount of homes without be overwhelming and he was a huge part of helping us close quickly. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends moving to the area!!
