This equipment is used to cut typical burnouts, gussets, brackets, guards and the classically designed shapes for welding. We have found that by utilizing the Mortise & Tendon technique when fabricating & welding helps to reduce weld times, fixturing, and set-ups.

RRR chose laser cutting because of the ability to perform many "next step" machining operations because of this, machining is significantly reduced by permitting the laser to burn holes previously machined on cnc mills.The cutting system is equipped with a nesting program to maximum the use of a full plate or just the right size plate for a production runs while using minimal material.

Qualified craftsmen, welders and fitters busily work within two large 4500 square foot assembly bays. These men can tig, mig, stick, braze, plastic weld and silver solder. Not only can they handle hot or cold finish steel but a variety of other types of materials including aluminum and stainless steel.

RRR maintains an experienced and technical staff of design and field service engineers. The engineering disciplines include mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, industrial project and software controls design. RRR utilizes SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Pro-E as their base design tools when creating 3D models and conversions.
