I wanted to send in a review because of the exceptional job Rick Graves and his employees at Southeast Windows & Glass did for us at our home. We went to his store in Ruskin to look at windows after I talked with a friend that is a multifamily project manager and did some on line investigation. My friend provided us with pricing with good, better and best product line from companies he works with. I ask him for installed price and a price to provide the windows and we would install them. He recommended and we liked the PGT windows. I wanted my wife to see the windows in person so we went to Rick’s

Southeast Windows and Glass are the best. Rick came out and measured and was very helpful. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. We had 3 hurricane proof windows installed and now we can't hear any outside noise. We used to hear our air conditioner running and now we don't hear a thing. I highly recommend this business. Thank you Southeast Windows and Glass.

At this moment windows are being installed after we were surprised with the installers showing up with no notification that the windows were in or that installation was going to happen. Lucky we were home.
Prior to that, gave Rick a $4,000. 00 check for deposit and was told that they would call before it would be cashed as they were busy and unsure when they could do ours. Signed the paperwork.
Get a call about 2 weeks later asking if we are going to use them for windows. No communication between Rick and whatever her name is. Big laughing apology.
Then, balancing our check book on line and
