I came in for my appointment at 230pm and there was a note posted on the window that they were having a meeting. I waited for over 20 minutes. They didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge me while they knew I was waiting. If this isn't bad customer service then I don't know what is? This tells me the customer is not important for them as I had a terrible experience. Going to a different Chiropractor that actually cares for their customers.

I'm really shocked at the good reviews for this place, because they're wrong. Sure, the staff is nice, but none of them know anything about being a chiropractor. Most of the visit is 'warming up' on all these contraptions, before finally seeing the chiropractor for only one minute while he pops you in only 4 places before rushing you out the door. At my old chiropractor's office, he would spend 10-15 minutes on me and had great bedside manner. The massage therapist is rude and it sounds like she's insulting you instead of feeling sympathy for your pain. After two months of going there, I'm still

Highly recommend! The receptionists are super nice and helpful when it comes to making appointments and insurance matters. The nurses and massage therapist are very friendly, professional, and attentive to comfort. The chiropractors and physical therapists are very considerate of pain levels and progress through every appointment. Overall, great environment and amazing staff!!

I’ve been coming here since January and the entire staff is great! They know everyone by name and offer personable care. Dr. Alberti along with Dr. Pauling have taken great care of me. Ken and Mike are also very skilled physical therapists who have helped tremendously. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

My very first visit here this past Friday (8/7) was great! After having some discomfort on my left side of shoulder/head for two weeks I left there feeling hopeful. Returning the following Monday (8/10) for my 2nd visit I reported to them that I had NO pain over the weekend. Brian & Mike were very pleasant and informative about the care they performed on me. Now, my husband will be having his first appointment today! 😊
