Dr. Lori Greenwald's mission in life is to use her skills to help women regain their self-esteem. To accomplish that purpose, in 2007 she added Vivesse Med Spa to the Vanishing Veins family. We are the only full-service cosmetic medicine center combined with a full-service vein center in the state of Connecticut.
First entering private practice in 1989, Dr. Greenwald has been one of Connecticut's premier vein specialists for well over two decades. Having trained at NYU-Bellevue Medical Center and Temple University, Dr. Greenwald is one of the few vascular specialists in the state board certified in both vascular surgery and phlebology.

I would give Vivesse 0 stars if I could. I was doing hair removal treatment for over 1 year and they were rescheduling me so much and stretching out my treatments sometimes almost 3 months apart that my final results were horrible so I had to continue some place else for additional treatments. I waisted thousands of $$$ with them and my valuable time. Sometimes they would even call me the same day when I had appointment to reschedule, so unprofessional. Don't waist your money and go somewhere else. I feel sick in my stomach when I even think of this place. And they " laser " machine

I had a very unpleasant experience.. yes I was about 5 minutes late because there's no sign outside this facility so its not easy to find. I walked in and I was told that my appointment was at 3:00 I proceeded to tell her that my appointment was at 3:10 and she kept saying NO it was at 3:00 kept arguing with me and told me that I was not going to be seeing.. I waited a long time for this appointment and drove an hour to get there!! Poor customer service!! I will never go there again!!

2 weeks ago I waited for 45 minutes only to leave without getting Botox; the APRN was running late. My appointment was rescheduled and I told to return for the May 9, 2018 open house. I simply had to attend to receive a 30% discount on future services.
At the open house on May 9, 2018, Dr. Greenwald walked up to me, stood too close to me for my personal comfort, and demanded to know what I was doing there, where I was going and if I was a patient there. I had a very unpleasant experience at Vivesse Laser Skincare Center and would not recommend this business to anyone. The receptionist was very rude and provided poor customer service. The aesthetician performing the microdermabrasion was very nice and provided a good treatment but the experience as whole was very disappointing. I don't understand why the receptionist thought it was okay to talk in such a rude, condescending way to a customer.
