I have spoken with nearly a dozen recruiters in my latest job hunt. Most of them were rather awkward conversations that felt forced. Not so with Jim. I instantly felt at ease, and was able to talk openly (which is a big deal for me).
Jim was very knowledgeable about the client he was hiring for and was able to tell me a great deal about the company and the culture. After taking a bit more about my experiences and work history, he felt that I was nearly a slam dunk in what the company was looking for.
