We build all of our websites on Squarespace, which means they are easy to update and manage yourself. We provide custom training videos showing you step-by-step how to make updates to your website.
Every site we build can be self-managed, but if you'd like extra help, we've got your back. If you want to replace a photo, add text, or make a small update we take care of it as part of your subscription.* When you have questions about how to use a feature of your website we record a custom training video just for you.

Knapsack is an excellent web design firm! I have worked with them to create two different Squarespace sites and both times have been pleased not just with the end results but with the entire process, from initial concept meeting through build day, SEO implementation, and ultimately publishing the site. The team works to deliver a final project in line with your needs and vision while also providing training and resources for you to upkeep the site itself, which I have found incredibly valuable. 10/10; would highly recommend.
