Capitol Express Transportation is a family owned business that has provided transportation services since 2004. We currently provide over 80,000 rides per year for ambulatory passengers, and passengers utilizing wheelchairs and stretchers throughout the Dane County and surrounding areas. Our Service is utilized by local hospitals, government organizations, and private individuals.
Our biggest goal is to provide a safe and pleasant experience to elderly and disabled individuals. Our fleets are well-equipped wheelchair transport vans that allow for a comfortable ride to one's destination. We have full sized vans equipped with power lifts, in addition to mini-van conversions with wheelchair ramps, all of which are ADA compliant.

The drivers are extremely rude. They use profanity and scream at my Mother In Law for parking in front of 930 Stewart by the main entrance to pick my wife up who has spina bifida and hydrocephalus. These drivers need to learn patience, respect and needs to act more professional. Otherwise they need to shut down!!!

This morning on the corner of thrush ln and whitney way at 7:20 AM a Capital Express van obnoxiously honked at me several times while I was waiting for an my opportunity to turn left. This was extremely rude behavior when I am unable to go -anywhere- because it is not safe. Not much else to say except I would expect better behavior from someone who is transporting handicapped individuals, they obviously don't care for their SAFETY.
