Super nice host. Helpful. Large spots. Can't give a 5 due to the water situation (red iron water; we didn't use it) but she was very up front about it so we knew before we arrived. Only stayed the one night and used Passport America.

Best place to stay AND they accommodated us last minute after another place fell through! Pool and facilities are amazing, along side the view and animals we visited on the property! Ohhhh and the dog park is amazingly spacious too! Will be back soon hopefully, thanks so much🤗

5 stars all the way!!! The owners are very kind and helpful, the pool is amazing on a hot day, the dog park is giant, the sunsets are stunningly beautiful, I could go on and on! We enjoyed our stay very much! Lots of space as they do not over crowd even a lil bit. Cute deco touches throughout the park. It's kinda in the middle of nowhere but could be a great base camp but for us it was a relaxing place to be that we didnt leave much. I reccomend this place if your in the area you wont be disapointed!!

Great campground as overnight on Colorado Road Trip. Campground, pool, and bathroom/showers are all neat and clean. Owners very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great Dog Park and beautiful sunsets. Willing to accommodate to horse campers needing a layover.

Great place to base from or stop off before further exploring. Absolutely friendly and helpful. It's obvious they love their place and keep it up.
Nancy is the nicest lady. (Bear with her in the AM. She rarely gets a cuppa before needing to help a Guest.) She worked with me to get a spot on a usually busy weekend and a Friday afternoon. Took my number and called me back very promptly. Above and beyond IMHO.
It's nothing that Fancy. But it's Welcoming, Peaceful, Great Pool, and amazing view of the Mountains and Valley below. Definitely adding to my favorite stops.

This is a great place to stop! The owners, of ten years, are very personable and helpful. The grounds are clean and well kept. Swimming pool, laundry facilities, shower areas all clean and inviting. Owner remembered us from previous visit. Great vistas out your window. Will return when able.

You simply cannot beat the views at this beautiful campground! I had to reschedule my visit and the owners were kind enough to adjust my dates and reapply my deposit. The sites are absolutely huge! We could have parked our 35 foot motorhome in the space provided for our car. The horses grazing in the adjacent pasture, cute dog park, and walking trail make this a five star stay for us. We live in our our full time and do not stay at “resort style” parks but this place has a nice pool as a bonus. Hot springs, Cripple Creek, and Royal Gorge are all nearby. Go see Bishop Castle if time permits

A get place to stay. Owners were very friendly and accommodating as we called in shortly after closing. They hung around for use to get us settled. They are on well water so it's best to pack your own. Beautiful property. Very dog friendly with the biggest off leash area that we have seen yet. We saved this place in our favorites and will be back. You can't beat the views both morning and night. Thanks Nancy and Matt for a perfect place.
