Our air duct cleaning process removes dust, dirt and other debris from your entire system. Here is a detailed step-by-step list of how we thoroughly clean your entire air duct system. We cut a 1-inch hole to access the different sections of your air duct system to thoroughly clean it. After the vents have been cleaned, we plug up the 1-inch holes that were cut to access the main trunk lines.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission estimates that clothes dryers are associated with approximately 15,600 fires yearly. Fires can occur when lint builds up in the dryer or in the exhaust duct. Lint can block the flow of air, cause excessive heat build-up, and result in a fire in some dryers.

Ty the owner is very nice and accommodating. He is definitely customer service oriented and ensures client satisfaction. Oscar the technician came to clean my ducts and was very efficient. He was very thorough and made sure all my ducts were clean. Ty also added in a free dryer vent cleaning for free. Highly recommended!

We had two units done today by Mike and Francesco; upstairs and downstairs.
They arrived on time, were respectful and neat...took all precautions re: COV19 and most importantly, to us...were patient with the dogs!
We have two Yorkies who attack the vacuum, so we expected the worst, and were pleasantly surprised that they didn't get TOO upset!
Pro-Duct beat the competitors in price and in professionalism...AND they did a seriously good job.
I didn't take 'Before' pics, but these are the afters...of 20 year old ac vents.

Had a great experience getting the ducts cleaned at my parents' house. Ty was super helpful and explained everything very clearly over the phone. The pricing was reasonable and no surprises there. Michael came to do the cleaning the day of the appointment. Right on time. Really great guy, explained everything thoroughly. Showed us before and after photos. And took great care of our space, taking off his shoes to go down to our basement and laying protective carpeting wherever he worked. Amazing! I've been needing to get my dryer vents cleaned but with one day off a week, it kept getting pushed to the back burner. When I called and asked how soon I could have them do the job, they literally were able to fit me in same day. The guys that came were great. Courteous, efficient, and did a great job quickly for a fair price. I would most definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. They were very accommodating in terms of scheduling and fully explained the cleaning process on the telephone. We were given a one hour arrival window, and the technician did arrive within that window. He was very courteous and professional and he explained exactly what to expect. We were shown before and after pictures of the main trunk, and he even moved things back in front of the registers after cleaning them. Also, they honored the quoted price and didn't try to add on any extras.

Amazing results. We had both the heating and A/C ducts cleaned and OMG did they need it. Michael and Francisco were prompt, courteous and professional. They took great care in what they were doing and they did it extremely well. Also, Pro Duct's flat pricing policy is fair and eliminates any potential BS.
