I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the staff and professionalism is at A.Altier Jewelers. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff. I brought in my Tag Heur, which I’ve had for over 20 years, for service and left knowing it was in great hands. I highly recommend them as they’ve been in the business for over 40 years. I even had them swap out the NATO band on my Tudor Black Bay 58 for an Italian leather band they had and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and feel.

Brought in 5 watches to get the batteries changed and they told me it would take about 30 mins wait a hour and 15 mins and called back for them to tell me "oh we are about to start them now"

Simply amazing! Not only are they professional and courteous, but you really feel like you’re connecting to the people there. They all seem to have a passion for what they do and I really easy-going to work with. I got a custom wedding band that I am over the moon excited about!

I recently dropped off a silver chain that needed repair and a new lobster clasp. Not only did they repair the chain and replace the clasp perfectly…they cleaned it so well that it looks better than when I purchased it. The best part was that they did all this in a 24 hour turnaround time. I would definitely recommend them!

The store is full of intelligent, positive and passionate family members and employees (they treat like family). Every item in the store my girlfriend loves.
I was fortunate enough to build somewhat of a relationship with the store where they kept measurements and ideas of likes / dislikes. And as crazy as it sounds I’m buying stuff over the phone in 10 minutes. That’s how trusting you can be with nice honest people.

I live in Orlando but don't know of any jewelers I could trust or rely on in the area, so I decided to take my ring to Altier's jewelers at the recommendation of a friend from the Coral Springs area. I just had to get my prongs tightened, nothing big. But it was done in such a timely manner, I was blown away! I used to live in Chicago and had to have my prongs tightened several years ago and the turn around time was a little over a week! Altier's completed the service and shipped my ring back out to me Orlando (next day shipping) in one day!

I just moved here from Texas and needed to find a jeweler so I came on Yelp to do research and found rave reviews on AA Jewelers....I tried them out to get my late moms wedding band sized to fit me and a watch battery. They didn't disappoint and the prices are very good! I went back in a few days later with my late moms 3 diamonds to get them put in a ring. I was very pleased with how the ring looks! I would highly recommend them! The ladies that work there are friendly and knowledgeable! This will be my go to place for jewelry repair and new bling!

They were extremely helpful! Came in to have The prongs on my necklace tightened which they did right on premises immediately and then did not charge me as a courtesy. They also cleaned my ring which came out amazing. I will definitely be back to purchase some jewelry soon. The place was very busy and they were attending to all the customers right away. I went here yesterday for the first time, because of a recommendation from a friend. I had a chain repaired and it was ready the next day, perfectly repaired and polished. They have a good selection of jewelry including some costume jewelry on the counters to play with, impulse purchases. I brought another item with a broken clasp and they fixed it on the spot. Being relatively new to the area, (moved from New York 3 years ago) I asked a friend (& long time Florida resident) for a recommendation. Without hesitation, she recommended A Altier's Jewelers. Based on a recommendation from a co-worker, I brought my engagement ring here to be resized. When I picked up the ring the next day it was completely different!!!
