Through Dr. Jill Wener's meditation and tapping courses, you'll create a more meaningful, joyful, and adaptive lifestyle - and handle any setback with ease. Meditation should be easy and provide life-altering benefits. Ever heard of adaptation energy? Consider it your bank account of patience that you can grow by meditating.

Adaptation energy is your secret weapon, and it will help you (peacefully and happily) fight any and all of the stressors that life throws at you. You've already tried mindfulness courses. You've already sat through guided visualizations, waiting for the results to magically arrive. This technique (that you can learn either in-person or online) is unique.

After 10+ years practicing Internal Medicine in a busy urban hospital, Jill knows firsthand what severe stress and burnout feel like. In the midst of her own emotional turmoil, she was introduced to Conscious Health Meditation, and it had a profound effect on her well-being. Due to her medical background, Jill was initially skeptical of spiritual practices.
Meditation should be effortless, comfortable, and (most importantly) quickly give you life-altering benefits. Although it may seem far-fetched, especially if you've tried meditating in the past and just couldn't connect with the technique, the unique method taught by Jill is easy to do, and even the busiest of us can fit the twice-daily practice into their schedules.
In this video, Dr. Jill shares some of the benefits of tapping, how the practice has helped her, and how you can work with her! Tapping, otherwise known as the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a powerful stress-reduction and healing technique that uses the same meridians as acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (without the needles!).
A virtual respite for busy women looking for balance, peace, and relief from the stresses of daily life. You're got so many plates spinning right now, and you're trying not to drop them. You've been working for that work/family/self balance for years, and it feels like you aren't doing any of it well.
Jill has partnered with Dr. Maiysha Clairborne to create online courses, live trainings, mastermind programs, books, and resources designed to give well-intending, progressive people like you a better understanding of systemic racism in our society and how it can affect our innermost thoughts and beliefs, and the tools to process those feelings to take meaningful action.
