I needed help with a detailed job for a mirror on a particularly odd shaped room for a gym wall that would require walking through details... and options.. I worked with the owner and he was not patient enough or mindful of any of this and it was a very uncomfortable beginning therefore I am moving forward with someone else.

Incredibly unprofessional!. The worker they sent was basically clueless. I asked him several times if he wanted to mark all the windows and he said he would remember....which he did not, He missed two windows and when I called and told them to come back and finish the job, they told me they would have to charge me. I was quoted a price for 23 window panes to be replaced and he only repaired 21 and then they wanted to charge me an additional amount when I had paid for the 23 windows. In addition, the worker refused to wear a mask even though I provided him with one. During covid it is mandatory
