If you have a sore throat, fever, or cough do not come to your chiropractic appointment until 2 weeks have elapsed where you have had no symptoms. If you have multiple symptoms call Pardee and/or your MD for consultation and perhaps testing. Dr. Templeton does not accept insurance or any 3rd party pay. Services rendered by Dr. Templeton will be documented on the receipt with his provider information and current diagnostic and service codes. You may file your receipt for services with your insurance carrier. Your insurance carrier will decide on the remittance for services that will be sent to you.
I had experienced chronic pain in my neck and between my shoulders for many years and had been to other doctors to try to find relief. Dr. Templeton listened attentively to my complaint and was sensitive to my specific needs. Over the course of my treatment he was gentle, conscientious, and thorough.
Dr. Templeton has a B.S. in Architecture and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) from Life University. He has been serving the Hendersonville community since 1994. I came into the office basically crawling and left walking. Dr. Templeton is very professional and knows his stuff. He takes his time. If there is an issue, he will find that issues, and take the necessary steps to help elevate the issue regardless of time. I believe that is rare to find. I highly recommend going to him and going forward I will always have chiropractic care in my life. Thank you for your help!! A healthy back is a beautiful thing!
