THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!!!!!! In 3 NOV 2018They processed a charge on my credit card in the amount of $203.80 for service they never provided. I called my Bank and informed them of the scam and I'm also filling a scam alert with the BBB on this fraudulent business. If you try contacting this fake business by the contact number listed you will be immediately sent to automated voice hold system where upon you will linger which I did for 45 minutes before finally hanging up. I'm a retired military veteran and I hate when dirt bag people run scams like this. I'm going to do whatever it takes to help

Easy to schedule, prepared, on time, helpful travel gear, and car seats available for all ages.I booked with Economy Limousine & airport shuttle for our most recent travel. Going to the KCI airport was early morning, and coming home was late evening. Both times they were there early, and respectful of "taking our time"... which was very considerate and aware, being that we have 4-Year-old twins.
We are booking with Economy Limousine & airport shuttle for future travels. Love their service, and the drivers.

Horrible customer service! I am on the phone right now have been waiting for over and hour trying to make a reservation and no one is answering me. They have done this several times already and they are my only option so I have to go through with the calls! Apparently we can make reservations from 5:30am to 10:30pm. I have been on from 7am and no answer still. I called last night as well. Mind you I am calling two of their lines trying to get in contact with them and still nothing.
