Unless you have a tax return that's cookie-cutter simple, do yourself a favor and stay away from Ferrell's Tax Service. I'm terrified that my pertinent information was retained to be used or sold for fraudulent purposes because I eventually elected to take my tax paperwork elsewhere, so I won't go into graphic detail; never been the victim of I.D. theft before, so I'll know where to start if it does happen. Suffice it to say I was less than impressed with what I encountered.
