Theses guys were great. I got home and there was no cold water coming into the house from our well and no sounds from the pump. They found the problem in our control box and also the gauge was broken. Those bad mice! They replaced the control box and gauge, repressurized our tank and now everything is working again. The service was very friendly and prompt. Chester (who actually came out here) sure knows his stuff. I called them around 9AM, they had one more emergency call in front of us and here is is 1PM all fixed, and we live about 35 minutes out of Santa Fe. Great company as far as I can tell

Needed new meter and additional frost free faucet. They had done work before that was satisfactory. Had to pay them for an estimate of time and cost. When the time they spent was more than double the estimate I asked if they were going over budget. They refused to answer and left. Came back over a week later and completed most of the job but not all, and left. Sent me a bill for three times the estimate and refused to even have a conversation about it. I wrote them a note explaining my disagreement. Heard nothing back from them directly. But they had my credit card number from prior work and charged

We have had Kunkleman for years, their work is fine however we have to call them back for intermittent no water within weeks of 6K worth of 'fixes'...they have yet to show after two days of calling. We have recently heard they charge about 2/3 more than anyone else.

Over $3000 to change a pump. No thanks, purchased the pump from Lowe's and DIY'ed it. Saved over 2Gs.

Still waiting and hoping that Kuckelman Pump Service follows through and does the right thing. They went out to troubleshoot a low pressure issue in which I asked that they call me ahead of time and I would help them get there. They called me from the property and I did not pick up - busy at the time - and proceeded to leave. I called back ~30 mins later and told them about the problem and where the pump resided. They went back said the pressure on the pump was good and left with a recommendation to check filters inside the house - there are no filters in the house. Then they charged me $288

Very prompt. They explained everything to me from the services, billing and to the inner workings of the well itself. They gave me estimates and then the actual cost was less. (thank-you). I do not like to shop around for prices. I expect honesty and I believe that is what I recieved. The technicians were fabulous. Although I do not want to se them again (that will mean might pump gave out) they will be the ones I call! I whole heartedly recommend them.

We are contemplating buying some family property. Being from Michigan, all this water rights stuff is confusing. Kuckelmans are our pump people here
and explained thoroughly our rights, options and all
Great people in our experience

Very prompt; professional; courteous; expert and helpful. I would highly recommend. Let me explain. We were out of town for the weekend. Came home Sunday night to no water. Called Kuckelman Pump Services on Monday morning. They said they would have someone to the house in 45 minutes, and reassured me that if the worse case scenario was true (need a new pump), that they would be able to complete the work the same day. Immediately my level of concern was diminished. In the end, I simply needed a new pressure switch. Throughout, the service team explained what they were doing. I had water again within

This company over bills for services. I was charged $1000. For a water test that was recommended-- later I find the exact same service is FREE elsewhere in this city (at Dahl Plumbing) and my neighbor got the exact same report done for $35. From a reputable company. Also, Employees claimed to be on my job when there was no one there and no one expecting them. Also I was billed for hours they were "waiting" on my property and no one knew about it. The owner refused to adjust my bill to account for this. Lots and lots of big talk about how knowledgeable they are, while they are reaching into your

Unreliable service, subpar customer communications and inflated prices. I left several messages in my attempts to schedule a follow-up service with no response from the folks at Kuckelman. Eventually, I caught an employee and was able to schedule a repair visit for later in the week. Technicians were a no show on that date. I called the office again and spoke with the owner's wife who promised a visit the following week - employees failed to show up for the second time with no explanation. Emergencies happen and I understand that they take priority. However, a courtesy phone call would

Prompt? I made an appointment with these guys on a Monday. Easy right? They called a few days before the appointment (a day after I scheduled) and wanted to reschedule to the next day. I couldn't. Thirty minutes before the appointment that was scheduled, I called just to see if they were on schedule. They asked me if I could move the time to after lunch. No??? They had to move my appointment due to people that were without water. I understand these things happen but call the customer IN ADVANCE and tell them that something had come up and if it was ok to reschedule. Our time is important too right

When our well pump failed, the company sent a repairman to our house within 90 minutes of our call. He diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate and fixed the problem the following morning. Great service!
