Lucy came with a vision to help sell my house. She wanted to brighten it up! That she did …with pieces I would never have thought to put together. She has talent. Lucky was the best! She staged a personal home of mine that I had for sale...and I truly think given the awkward extra long living area, had she not, I wouldn't have gotten the price I did for it. Being a realtor who sells quite a bit of volume - I will certainly use her again! She is one of the best I have come across. Reasonably priced, enthusiastic, professional, and kind! Leave It To Lucy helped us sell our quickly. The people who actually purchased our home had seen it before we got it staged. Lucy did a fantastic job staging my parent's home in Palm Coast. The house had been on the market for approximately 9 months before we decided to stage with little interest and zero offers. Once the staging was complete, the interest increased and within three months the house was sold. Great personality, wonderful talent, hard worker & an eye for style. We saw firsthand as she flitted around the house hanging art, touching up furniture, arranging furniture, cleaning and using her magical touch to get a home ready for the market.
