I'm very glad we chose Lombardo's for our porch addition--it was an extensive project, and Vince was present and hands-on throughout the entire process. It was very reassuring knowing that he was personally overseeing each step and working alongside the crew. He was able to give us the set-up that we had been dreaming about, and it's still unreal to see it complete. Before and after photos are here, showing how Vince Lombardo made us the talk of the neighborhood--I highly recommend his service for any of your home renovations or projects!

We first reviewed Vince in 2012 when he did one addition of a new room and half bathroom. Since then, we had Vince add an engineered breakaway storage room in 2016 at our beach house and most recently had him build out the room above our garage in the fall of 2016. As always, Vince did an execellent job. The work has always been quality work. He is true professional. Thanks Vince!

I had several people provide estimates and even come through my house. I don't know if they didn't take me seriously or what but they would throw out an estimate casually. Vince showed up with a tape measure and serious about listening to what I wanted. I went back and forth with him to get what I wanted included and still well within my budget. Vince was very patient in this process because he had to re write and edit each one of the estimates. In the end, he removed a garden tub, filled the hole, re-tiled the floor (Mbath) and added board and batten, installed my soaking tub, faucets. He also

Vince and his team created a large and wonderful patio room for us. In order to maintain the 8' ceilings, he constructed the roof so that it meshed into our existing roof, not an easy task. But Vince went beyond that. The engineer designed the roof so that the two slopes met in the middle and ran down to a valley. Vince correctly surmised that the valley would collect water due to the inadequate slope, so he added a spanning shape that has served us these past 5 years. The roof is more functional and leak free. That's the way he approaches his challenges, not taking the quick and easy out, and

Vince has worked for me on 3 major repairs. I have found his prices to be fair. He is concerned about doing a good job that you will be pleased with.
He has always been great about responding to my phone calls. I can get in touch with him within the same day. I found this to be so important as many contractors you have to wait days to hear from them.
I hope to never have anymore big projects but I would hire him again if I needed someone.
