Everything at Mid-State tile was great from start to finish. Each person we had contact with was wonderful - the people working in the showroom, front desk, scheduling, invoicing, measuring, installation, etc. They do quality work and are extremely professional and responsive. We would definitely use them again.

Kim and the crew at Mid-State did a great job at our new house. They helped with selecting and installing tiles for our walk in shower, kitchen backsplash, bathroom floors and laundry room floor. Kim made multiple suggestions and provided samples to match with our cabinets and flooring. Install crew was friendly, very detailed, worked efficiently to get the job done on time even though they had to deal with delays in getting product shipped in time from their suppliers. This is the second house we have built and used Mid-State for our tiling. Could not be happier with the entire experience.

My husband and I have used Mid State Tile for many of our remodeling projects. We have been so happy from start to finish with their service. Kim have been wonderful and very professional. She has helped us to pick out the perfect tile for our home. I would recommend this company to anyone. In our opinion you will not receive any better service from any other tile company.

Should be zero stars. The rudest and worst professionals I have ever experienced. They did a lousy job and even giving them a second and third chance they did horrible work. It looks like a DIY bathroom. And that really isn't fair as many self improvers do a better job than they did. Kim is a real piece of work to deal with. Everything is your fault. Mike comes in all patience and assurance that they will fix their crappy work, but he is as insincere as they come. It is just do it the cheapest way possible and who cares if the homeowner is happy!! They have no respect for your property.
