Service, staff, and the services offered couldn't be better. They were even kind enough to bring me my prescriptions, for free, when I couldn't come by to pick them up.

I switched from Walgreens to U.S pharmacy and I have not been disappointed at all. They are always super friendly and do NOT judge you by the medication you are on. I have had HORRIBLE dealings with Walgreens if we decided to go out of town on a whim and needed my meds a day early. Which only happens about twice a year. I had to have a super expensive med ordered and they ordered with no problem and waited till I could pay for it. Pharmacy wise I highly recommend.

I don’t know why I went in there today to post a package other than convenience.. We’re in a pandemic and the employees rarely wear masks. Today the person that waited on me behind the counter (no shield between us) wasn’t wearing one and sneezed-didn’t even bother to cover her mouth. Hello, I’m standing right in front of you!

If you care at all about your packages or customer service, I would stay as far away from this place as possible. We mailed a package almost a month ago and the recipient has not received it yet (I understand the current delays). I pulled out the receipt I was provided and found it did not include tracking information. I have mailed countless items from this location from small envelopes to large packages and every single one was paired with a tracking number. Never had to ask, it always (I am using the word "always" in the literal sense of the word) had tracking information. I called them and

Horrible customer service!!! I can’t believe this! I have been going here for years and this is the first time I ever have complications with the people here! First the manger was super rude! Does not deserve to be in charge. Barely even know basic manners! The people by the pharmacy were rude and did not care an inch about their customers! This place itself is just so unorganized! Go to a proper place like Walgreens or CVS who actually knows what their doing and not treat customers like they’re a piece of trash. So unprofessional, can’t believe a place like this open for business.

I will never set foot in U.S. Pharmacy on St. Andrews again!
So I don’t post much on here, but wanted to let everyone know what just happened. I was out running a few errands and picking up a few things we needed at home. I had to ship a package and I always use US Pharmacy. When I went in, there were 2 12 roll packages of toilet paper on a table. I figured I would grab one, since they had it. I went up to the counter and the clerk asked if I knew how much it was going to be. I said no. $28!!! For one package of toilet paper. I asked him if the owner was there. He motioned to the pharmacy so

This place is above awesome. Jeff and his team are very knowledgeable and very chill! My wife and I bring hundreds of packages there and they handle them with ease while having conversation the whole time. We had one minor error with the new girl who is still catching on but it was no big deal because Jeff handled it like a boss. If you have any packages or just want to check this place out in general I would highly recommend.

I've used this pharmacy for about 2 years. I'm diabetic, so I have medications out the wazoo. Since I've been with these guy they have made 2 mistakes and those were made by relatively new employees. The pharmacist is very caring and seems to go out of his way to save his customers money. They also offer home delivery of medications, flavored liquid medications, and dispensing prep for your prescriptions. Everyone is very nice and patient even when there is a lot going on in the store. This place is a keeper.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! My daughter takes medication for ADHD that no pharmacy carries and has to be ordered. Most pharmacies take 3-5 days to get it but US pharmacy is able to get it next day. They are so nice and even guarantee to keep it in stock so we don't have to order it. Hands down the best pharmacy in town!
