Every time I go into the shop I am greeted by the friendly staff and they are always willing to help. I send a lot of my clients here as well because the products are high quality and I know that my clients will not be pushed or forced into a sale! all around great owner and great staff check these guys out!

I've always had a great experience with Optimal. They carry real supplements not just the cheap stuff. Adam is one of the most knowledgeable people I know with that stuff. Ask him anything and he will tell you down to the ingredients. If he doesn't know then he'll find out for you. They also offer FREE body composition scans!

Hands-down the best supplement store I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and never use the typical high pressure sales you might find elsewhere. The products at Optimal Nutrition & Supplements are legit, effective, and reasonably priced.

Whether it’s general health products or muscle building supplements, optimal nutrition has the best products available on the market!! Their product knowledge and customer service simply can not be beat!! Super fun environment and more of a personal experience shopping there. They make sure to get you what you need based on your goals, unlike most places are just there to sell you something and could care less. I will not shop anywhere else.
