Had a great experience with Dave at Prestige & Elite over this past summer. I live in NYC but made it a point to visit Dave at his shop while we were up in Mass. I had my 2013 BMW ceramic coated and the results were amazing (photo below). Dave walked me through the process of the paint correction and then the ceramic coating. The whole process was about a week long but the results were worth it. Dave has been very accessible every time I have a question. Really cares about his customers. Highly recommended to anyone looking to have their vehicle look the best it can be.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Prestige & Elite, great communication and easy to do business with. Dave, does an amazing job! I brought my truck in which has a single stage paint job and it's 21 years old and he got to a deep glossy shine. I can't recommend this business more if you have a car or truck that you really care about and want it to literally look like new and stay that way, Prestige & Elite is the way to go.

Below I’ve copied and pasted a direct paragraph from the website. Dave, has proven to provide awful customer service, we took in a 70 thousand dollar car to get road paint off the side and out of the wheels wells. He said he would not get on his back to get under the car and asked for 200 dollars for the work. When the car was taken in he promised to get all the paint off and so forth and instead left a bunch of paint in the wheels and the side of the car and left scratches on the paint with a clay bar. When we asked for our money back he got an attitude and it was borderline aggressive. He argues

I honestly have no words for Dave at Prestige and Elite. I inherited a car that hadn't been driven in 2 years and it was turned into a mouse hotel - the car was absolutely disgusting. Dave steamed, shampooed, bombed, replaced carpet padding, replaced air filter, the list goes on and on. I am more than confident that Dave's attention to detail and high standards are not matched at any other auto shop. The price was more than fair for what was undoubtedly HOURS of work for Dave. Plus, he kept me updated along the way with photos and videos of the progress. I will send everyone I know to Dave!

Dave does an amazing job keeping my 20+ year old Mustang looking sharp and parade-ready. He put on Sapphire ceramic coat so it always looks just waxed.
It is fun just to visit and see what interesting cars he has in the shop. If you have a very high end car, you can trust Dave to make it look as amazing as when you bought it.
