I bought 2 queen beds from them and within 3 weeks the threads started pulling away. I called and was asked to email pics and I did this. Well like any place else you give them time to look over the complaint. I called on several occasions and was told they were waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I still got no satisfaction so I called the manufacturer which advised me they spoke with no one and that they never heard my name attached to anything. Finally almost 5 months later we finally got a call they would deliver and I could choose between Monday or Wednesday and I chose Wednesday. It is
