Charles A Stacy was a police officer with the town of Bluefield, VA before he attended law school. During this time, he investigated many car crashes and accidents. He began practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1997 and in the State of West Virginia in 1998. As an attorney, he has been able to utilize his unique experience from investigating car accidents as a police officer to his clients' advantage.

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!!!! Delayed my hearing 4 times because he had other cases to worry about. Find someone that can actually help you!! This isn't the place!! They will not do a thing for you, I chose him because he was one of the only people here. Don't waste your money or your time!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
