Excellent service! They arrived early (after calling to ask if it was OK to come in early) and were very careful with the tight spaces they had to move through, even noticing a screw sticking out 1/2 inch that could have scratched the baseboards. Highly recommended and will use them again!

A great company & great employees, they know how too handle large items. very polite and careful in removal. From basement removed washer, extra metal door & large long freezer for us and disposed of the items very reasonable priced. thank you all at Truck 'N Junk sure we will need you again when we move out of house.

They are wonderful. They were 15 minutes early. Very respectful. And cleaned out everything with ease. Highly recommended them. They even went into the upper part of the garage and found stuff I had no clue was there. Eased my sister and my mind with the overwhelming feeling we had with cleaning out our parents house. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is not enough.

Website and appointment making were fine (website mentions $20 discount for BOOK NOW, bring that up because the driver will not), they could be clearer on pricing though. 4 items and they wanted to charge $229 because 'it came a little bit beyond 1/4 of a truck.' Load the truck a little more efficiently and this wouldn't be an issue. We agreed on $179, still outrageous for 4 items that took 3 guys about 90 seconds to load.

I didn’t personally hire them but I’ve watched them outside my work place, taking care of business in this hot, muggy weather. Not once have I heard a complaint, just hard working men and to top it off their boss is out there working along side of them, and making sure they stay hydrated. I’d use them in a heart beat, if I needed their services!

I first "met" Bill via an interview on an early morning local news show that I watch. My mom has accumulated 60 years of stuff in her basement and garage. It was overwhelming to know where to start with downsizing. I emailed Bill and set up a date and time. He responded timely to all my questions. The owner of this business is a liar. He came to our house and gave us an estimate to remove our construction material and yard waste/brush and told us it was going to be $628.00. Then after they loaded the truck they told us that they didn't take the bushes we had in the yard. He apologized and said they don't take bushes, when he just gave an estimate to take it. What kind of dishonest person gives you an estimate for work, doesn't complete the job then comes to get payment and tells you, oh we don't take the bushes but you still owe us $628.00?
