My new husband had used this service in the past for the well water cleaning and conditioner system. Called them again and they were able to schedule us the same week. Carl was our technician and met me in the driveway. Explained they were using gloves and masks. He was very professional and efficient. Answered all of my questions too! We have been using Water Doctor for over 20 years. Since using water Doctor we have NEVER had a problem with our water. Water Doctor service is top notch. If you have a question, they are a phone call away and happy to help you. I was told by a local competitor that Water Doctor does not treat water for its acidity...but they do. Just a scare tactic to keep you away from their biggest competitor. Water Doctor Works!

Tammy is tops in the field of Customer Service, she listens, she learns and then she has her true professional ACT, Kevin has been our long time on site engr. he is PROMPT-PLEASANT & PROFESSIONAL! My appointment was schld today 14mar18-WE, the window provided was btwn 12:00=3:00pm. Kevin arrived at 12:03 and cmpltd his lengthy and cmplt list of projects before 1:15pm.

Great experience. Had low ph levels in my well water. Called a few companies to come out and test the water and recommend filtering systems. Carl came out from the Water Doctor, showed up on time and tested my water and wrote up an estimate, it took about 30 minutes. I did some research about the filter and had one other estimate from a different company. Water Doctors estimate was lower, they were much friendlier and local to boot.
