We have been to multiple accounting firms in the past that took an unreasonable amount of time to file our returns. After submitting all of our records, Jake had our returns completed within a day. I found Pinnacle Accounting on the internet. I needed an accountant that was well versed in real estate investing, depreciation, etc., and other details in which I knew my previous accountant wasn't. Not knowing what to expect, I called and spoke to Jake and made the decision to use him. I can now say it was an excellent decision. The year before I used Jake I had to pay the IRS a little over $3300. Even though I had a little more income this year, Jake found an exemption for me because I am currently living overseas. Jake e-filed the return for me for a $2600 federal refund! Wow, what a difference
