Since I first signed up for state farm with Yvonne, I have not been able to get a hold of her once the whole year. She never returned my calls, except on one occasion in which a secretary left me a message and then never responded again to my call-back. Furthermore, within a month after enrolling me she has been illegally charging me more for an accident that never happened (I even requested the records she supposedly reviewed to show that). I would sue if it did not cost so much time and money to do... I'm trying to get out of it now, but it's hard when I cannot even contact the insurance agent
