We are in need of culvert repair work on our driveway. I connected with Jeff on Oct. 22. I emailed pictures and it took him until Oct. 31 to come by and take a look. He left a note that he would send us an estimate.
Had to text him on Nov. 9 as I had not yet seen an estimate. Jeff responded saying he would get it out to me that day and he was have trouble getting a price on a culvert.
To this day I have not heard from him on the estimate. I need to constantly follow up to get a response from this business.
I hope others have better luck.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I'm a homeowner who was acting as the homeowner/contractor on my new house construction in Clearwater. I spent weeks pulling hairs, trying to get bids for my concrete slab from at least a dozen companies.
