Support small business!! Local, custom embroidery is becoming a thing of the past but Initially Yours is still going strong. While the hyper alertness regarding COVID months after the mandate ceased was a little off putting their reputation is such that I could tolerate this foible. Using an airlock for transferring goods is interesting.
The service is just what I expected. I ordered embroidery for my new uniform shirts. The mock up was done quickly and accurately. The final result was spectacular. Airlock notwithstanding I'll not hesitate to get more embroidery done here. Next up, my outerwear!

I needed 100 shirts and masks for an event at work. I called and asked if they could make it happen in five days. Without hesitation the answer was yes.
After a meeting to pick out the shirts and provide the sizes . We worked on a new logo design. The order was placed and delivered on time.
The shirts were good quality and the logos turned out perfect. The pricing was so good I returned and placed a second order for 400 shirts. This business now has my business.
