SUB CONTRACTORS BEWARE AND BUYERS BEWARE Joe will get your materials to his site then lock them in the garage and play let's make a deal and add stuff to the job and refuse to pay you for the materials he stole from you if your buying a flipped home from him get ready for the liens to come in and the fight to get your home free and clear
